Pledge Manager Launched!

Dear proud citizens of Kanrath and Cyherested,

Today we are happy to share some great news with you, which is that Backerkit pledge manager is finally online! In the pledge manager, you will be able to add any add-ons available in the Bloodpunk Kickstarter campaign, and Svilland and Corpus Collection titles to your pledge!

Surveys Sent!

We have sent the surveys for our Backerkit pledge manager page. Please check your emails for the survey links. In the surveys, you will be asked to fill in your information, and purchase any add-ons if you wish. Please note that shipping will be added and charged later.

Bloodpunk Add-Ons

Through your survey, you will be able to purchase any add-ons that you wish. We had the Bloodpunk short novel and the cloth Tolia Region Map unlocked, so don’t forget to have a look! Apart from our additional items, you can add the previously available items as well, such as adding a second book, or a GM Screen among other things!

Svilland - the Norse Setting

Due to its popularity in our previous pledge managers, we’ve also included all our Svilland titles as add-ons!

Svilland is a Norse Mythology inspired D&D 5E campaign setting designed to bring the valor, brutality and drama found in Norse tales to your roleplaying games. Freyja’s Tears is designed for a warband of four to six 1st-20th level characters, beginning in a small town and ending in the darkest pits of Helheim. As the adventure takes place in a brutal Norse setting, it contains graphic and gory components which may not be suitable for all players. We also have Into the Wolf’s Maw (a 5th-level adventure), South Sea (a region guide), Untold Sagas (a lore book), and The Bear King (a short novel) available among Svilland titles.

Corpus Collection - Books of Good and Evil

The books included in the Corpus Collection are also available for your purchase in pledge manager! You can add Corpus Malicious - The Book of Evil, Corpus Angelus - The Book of Good, as well as Mindabar - The City of Malice and Loniel - The Floating City of Angels to your library!

Corpus Malicious and Mindabar include hundreds of new pieces of content and new rules of evil that can be used by players and Game Masters alike! Corpus Angelus and Loniel are books filled with the stuff of heroes, with righteous stories of angels and brave warriors, and the details of a utopian city where goodness reigns free.

Orders Will be Locked in 1.5 Months

The surveys we are sending out now will remain available for 1.5 months. It is important that you provide your information and add the add-ons you want between now, and then. Yet, no worries, this time period is for locking orders only. You will be able to make changes to your address until we are ready for delivery many months later.

Shipping Will be Charged Later

It is important that we remind you shipping will be charged much later, during or after the printing process. This will allow us to pinpoint the shipping costs rather than take estimates that are subject to change, especially in the current state of global shipping. Although the changes are minimal for individual backers, its cumulative effects tend to be financially heavy for us, and thus we wish to clarify our shipping costs before charging them.

Hello there proud citizens of Kanrath and Cyherested,

Today, we’re here with a general update on the progress of the books, and are more than happy to say that everything is going according to plan.

We are simultaneously writing the setting and the adventure so as to be as efficient as possible in our use of time, and our team is working merrily and hard to bring Bloodpunk to life.  

Many Pieces from a Range of Artists

We’re taking every care to make sure that all the artwork we include in our bloody setting is as breathtaking as possible, and have conversed with countless artists from all around the globe until we were left with our current team; each member more talented than the other. 

Since we know you enjoy seeing some of the art in advance (and since we are so excited to share them), we’ve included some sample pieces below.

Backerkit Pledge Manager

We were planning to open the Backerkit pledge manager last week but had slight delays. It is now complete and currently in the review process by the Backerkit team. Once the review is over, the smoke test will begin in which we send the surveys to roughly 5% of the backers. We will post a detailed update on the Backerkit pledge manager once the smoke tests are sent.

Hello again proud citizens of Kanrath and Cyherested,

We are here today with a slightly different update than you may be used to, as we want to inform all who have backed us in previous projects that we are starting on a new journey as DRS Publishing. As you know, we are always trying to improve and grow as a company and have decided that working with Patreon is the next logical step for us in this regard. 

We’ve come up with a couple of different ways we can go about this in our first project with this platform, and wanted your opinion about what that way should be. We have thus made up a survey, the link for which you can find below, containing the best options we came up with, in which you can state which one you would most prefer. We would very much appreciate your contribution in said survey, so we know what you, our community, would like to see us do!

Here we are, at the end of our beloved campaign. Now, all that’s left for you to do is to lean back and wait for your surveys from Backerkit pledge manager!

We’re incredibly happy to see our old backers among our current ones, and ecstatic that our community is growing more and more with the addition of those of you that are new! It brings us limitless joy to do what we do, and we are more than aware that all of it is possible thanks to your support. We’re humbled and thankful that you show interest, and for some of you that you continue to show interest, in our work. 

Adventure Expansion Stretch Goal

We are also incredibly excited that you’ve unlocked the Adventure Expansion stretch goal, hours before the cut-off! With this goal unlocked, Bloodpunk: Heritage of the Damned will now be an adventure of levels 1-11 instead of 1-7! This means we’ll get our hands on so much more content, including a lot more monsters and NPCs to challenge and get to know!

Backerkit Pledge Manager

We will be working with Backerkit as our pledge manager after the campaign. Through the pledge manager; you will be able to purchase additional add-ons or upgrade your pledges, and be charged for your shipping fees.

The pledge manager will be open within 1 month. Those who are not experienced with pledge managers will receive a survey via email that will guide you on a great variety of things from purchasing add-ons (if you wish) all the way to providing your address information and getting charged for the shipping fees.

As part of the solutions for the issues in current global logistics, pledge managers have provided the option to charge the payments for the add-on purchases and shipping fees separately. Once open, we will keep the pledge manager store open for 3 months and then charge cards of those who had additional add-ons as well as late pledges. We will charge the shipping fees close to the shipping time.

Alpha Documents and Backer Revisions

Close to the completion time of the books, we will send you a survey and those who would like to provide us with feedback on our books can enlist themselves through the survey for the backer revisions. Once complete, we will provide you with the alpha documents of the books. Which you can have a look at and provide your feedback. 

Schedule of Updates

We will keep you posted through Kickstarter updates at each milestone we complete, as well as monthly updates of our progress. Considering the updates on artwork and some others, you can expect an update from us every 1-1.5 months.

As we near the end of another campaign, we’re incredibly excited as usual! We cannot wait to create everything we have in our minds, so you can bring them to life in your games. 

If you’ve seen our products before, you’ll know that we take great pride in providing our supporters with as much content as possible. To that end, we’re still hoping to pass the $250K stretch goal, which will give all of us an adventure of levels 1-11 instead of 1-7! But to do that, we need your help. 

The final hours of the campaign are always some of the most crucial, so we’d like to ask you to share our Kickstarter page on any and all channels of social media you can think of, so that we can give you an even more epic adventure! We cannot stress enough how much you can assist us to reach this goal, even in these final hours!
